Hmong National Development, Inc. (HND) is a national, 501(c)(3), not-for-profit organization. Founded in 1993, HND is the only national policy advocacy organization for the Hmong American community. For the past 12 years we have provided local Hmong non-profits with capacity building and technical assistance tools, advocated in DC for legislation which impacts our community, cultivated leadership in youth through our DC internship programs and local youth empowerment programming models, and most notably are recognized for our exemplary Hmong National Conference. In 2013 we will hold the 16th Hmong National Development Conference in Fresno, CA!
